Join a powerful program – delivered in just 3 evenings – with others who have also struggled with food. Learn from the experts, each other, and by testing the strategies in between the workshops. 

Groups are limited in size to allow for discussion and brainstorming, so register early to guarantee your spot. Only one cravingchangeTM group will be run this winter.

cravingchangeTM  Not just another nutrition education program

Workshop #1

  • Understand WHY you have cravings, and why it’s hard to change.
  • Uncover your eating triggers.
  • Participate as much or as little as you like in an icebreaker activity, brainstorm, and group discussions.
  • Get suggested homework to help you keep learning between workshops.

Workshop #2

  • Report back on your experiments, and hear from the rest of the group.
  • Gain step-by-step instructions on how to unlearn problematic eating behaviours, and how to change your behaviours.
  • Practice with some strategies in the safe space of the group, and contribute to group discussion.
  • Try this at home: Choose one change strategy to implement

Workshop #3

  • Report back on your experiments, and hear from the rest of the group.
  • Learn more step-by-step instructions for change, including how to change your thoughts. You’ll have a total of over a dozen change strategies by the end of the program.
  • Set yourself up for lifelong success in your food choices with tips for a healthier, lasting relationship with food.
  • Additional resources and ways to stay in touch.
